Sunday, March 27, 2005 Fishing Report (Easter)
You might as well look at yesterday's report because it is much like today's. We'd gone somewhere else but it was pretty choppy out with the S - SW winds.
It was another day begun about 4:00pm started by catching several Whitings. Then, we found Catfish Haven the rest of the evening, lol.
We did try fishing right at the busted up pier at the island southeast of Tarpon Point, next to the channel. The water was moving rapidly. No bites. We saw some jumps between the pier and the island itself, but still no bites.
It was either another day of this, or I could have sat at home pondering the fact that I am not independently wealthy.
Got back about 9:15pm.
Water temp was 80-81.
Bait used was strictly frozen calamari.
