You are bidding on a Deluxe & Spacious Two Story Pet Apartment. The apartment is made out of sturdy wood beams and plywood. We kept a family of guinea pigs on the top floor, while a bird had spacious living quarters on the bottom floor. The pet apartment offers over 19 cubic feet of living space!

A robust removable resin-coated sliding tray sits underneath the second level floor to catch pet droppings, and can be periodically cleaned.

When the top floor lid is fully opened, 30 additional inches is added for a total height of 84 3/4". Plastic feet were recently added for ease of sliding it across a solid floor.

A first floor side door is large enough to allow access for cats & small dogs, while a second-floor top door allows access for other small animals.

The first floor is raised about 6 inches from the ground and has a large hinged entrance door that measures
21 3/4" H by 8 3/4 W. The floor is made of wood. The first floor living quarters measures as follows:
24" H

27 1/2" D
Over 10 and a half cubic feet!

The ceiling of the second floor double as a hinged door. The floor is made of galvanized wire-mesh. The second floor living quarters measures as follows:
avg. 20" H
28" W
27 1/2" D
About 9 cubic feet!

The pet apartment has 120v outlets on the ceilings of both the bottom and top levels so that a night light can be plugged in to illuminate each apartment at night. It even has a fresh coat of paint!

There is no warranty on this. Sold AS IS. Other than that, the spacious pet apartment is ready to go.
